You can update your phone number, postal address, and email address yourself in your Lucis account.
How to update your details
Log in to your account at https://app.lucis.life
Go to Settings, then Profile
Edit your phone number, address, or email address
Save your changes
Keeping these details current matters: we use your address for any lab kit or shipment and your phone number for appointment reminders and time-sensitive updates, so update them before your next lab visit.
If a field is locked or your change does not save, let us know here and we will update it for you.
