How do I modify or cancel my lab appointment?

You can change your lab appointment date, time, or location directly from your dashboard.

Change Date or Time

  1. Go to DashboardAppointments

  2. Find your upcoming appointment

  3. Click Modify

  4. Select a new date/time from available slots

  5. Confirm the change

You'll receive a new confirmation email.

Change Lab Location

  1. Go to DashboardAppointments

  2. Click Change Lab

  3. Search for a new lab near you

  4. Select available time slot

  5. Confirm the change

Cancel Appointment

  1. Go to DashboardAppointments

  2. Click Cancel Appointment

  3. Confirm cancellation

Your test credit remains valid for 12 months.

Timing Rules

Free changes:

  • More than 24 hours before appointment

  • Unlimited changes allowed

Last-minute changes:

  • Less than 24 hours before appointment

  • Contact support directly (we'll do our best)

If Your Preferred Lab is Fully Booked

Options:

  1. Try a different time of day (mornings often available)

  2. Choose a nearby alternative lab

  3. Wait a few days - slots open as others cancel

  4. Contact support for priority access in urgent cases

No Labs Near You?

If no partner lab is within reasonable distance:

  • Home kit option: Available in some regions

  • Refund: Full refund if service unavailable in your area

Contact support to discuss alternatives.

Appointment Confirmation

After booking:

  • Check confirmation email for details

  • Add to your calendar

  • Note fasting requirements (if applicable)

  • Bring ID and confirmation email
