You can change your lab appointment date, time, or location directly from your dashboard.
Booking or changing to your follow-up visit
Your second visit is offered as the 60+ marker follow-up panel. That is your follow-up: it's intentionally lighter than your first complete visit (blood only, 60+ key markers), not an error and not a downgrade, and there's no separate "full" follow-up option to look for. To get the complete 100+ panel again, pick the paid upgrade shown in your account when you book. See What does my second lab visit include? for details.
Change Date or Time
Go to Dashboard → Appointments
Find your upcoming appointment
Click Modify
Select a new date/time from available slots
Confirm the change
You'll receive a new confirmation email.
Change Lab Location
Go to Dashboard → Appointments
Click Change Lab
Search for a new lab near you
Select available time slot
Confirm the change
Cancel Appointment
Go to Dashboard → Appointments
Click Cancel Appointment
Confirm cancellation
Your test credit remains valid for 12 months.
Timing Rules
More than 24 hours before your appointment: changes are free and unlimited.
Less than 24 hours before your appointment: contact support directly and we'll do our best.
If Your Preferred Lab is Fully Booked
Try a different time of day (mornings are often available)
Choose a nearby alternative lab
Wait a few days, as slots open up when others cancel
Contact support for priority access in urgent cases
No Labs Near You?
If no partner lab is within reasonable distance:
A home kit option is available in some regions.
A full refund is available if the service is not available in your area.
Contact support to discuss alternatives.
