You can cancel your Lucis Care subscription at any time, with no penalty. The quickest way is to message us in the in-app chat at https://app.lucis.life and ask to cancel, or email [email protected]. We confirm by email once it is done.
When you cancel, billing stops at the end of your current paid year and you keep full access to your dashboard and any results until that period ends. Your subscription will not renew.
Refunds
Lucis Care is a personalised service built around your lab visits and your action plan. Once a lab visit has taken place or your results have started being processed, that part of the service has been delivered and is not refundable. Within 14 days of purchase and before any lab visit, you are entitled to a full refund. Beyond that window, if you have not used any part of your plan yet, contact [email protected] and we will look at your situation individually.
