Once your Lucis Care plan is active, you book your lab visit from your account. Log in to the Lucis app, choose a partner lab near you from the lab map, pick a date and time, and confirm. Available slots are shown as you book.
Booking your follow-up (second) visit
When you book your second visit, it's offered as the 60+ marker follow-up panel. That is your follow-up: it's intentionally lighter than your first complete visit (blood only, 60+ key markers), not an error and not a downgrade, and there's no separate "full" follow-up link to look for. If you'd like the complete 100+ panel again at your follow-up, choose the paid upgrade shown in your account when you book. See What does my second lab visit include? for details.
Before your visit
After booking, you will receive your preparation instructions. Some tests require fasting or a specific time of day, so follow the instructions for your appointment and bring a valid ID if your lab asks for one. In France and the EU (outside Portugal), you will also receive a home kit to collect the urine and saliva samples on the morning of your visit; in the UK and Portugal, all samples are collected directly at the lab.
Changing or cancelling
You can reschedule or cancel from your Lucis account, subject to the lab's own policy. If you run into any issue, reach out through the in-app chat or at [email protected] and we will help.
