Yes, you can reschedule your lab appointment at any time.
Log in to your Lucis account;
Click on “Reschedule”;
Choose a new date and time that suits you.
If you cannot find an available slot because the timing is too tight but you already have your kit, or you want o switch lab contact the Lucis support team for assistance.
Your appointment will be updated once the change is confirmed.
