Yes, you can reschedule your lab appointment from your account. More than 24 hours before your appointment, changes are free and unlimited; less than 24 hours before, contact support and we will do our best:
Log in to your Lucis account at https://app.lucis.life
Click on "Reschedule"
Choose a new date and time that suits you
If you cannot find a suitable slot because the timing is too tight but you already have your kit, or if you want to switch lab, contact the Lucis support team for help. Use the in-app chat or email [email protected].
Your appointment is updated once the change is confirmed.
