Yes, you can reschedule your lab appointment from your account. More than 24 hours before your appointment, changes are free and unlimited; less than 24 hours before, let us know here and we will do our best:
Log in to your Lucis account at https://app.lucis.life
Click on "Reschedule"
Choose a new date and time that suits you
If you cannot find a suitable slot because the timing is too tight but you already have your kit, just let us know here and we'll help. To change the lab itself, cancel your appointment and book a new one at the lab you prefer instead (see "Can I change my lab later?").
Your appointment is updated once the change is confirmed.
