Your account holds two different documents, and it helps to know which one you are looking for.
The raw lab report is the document from the laboratory itself. It lists every marker that was tested and its measured value. You can download it as a PDF from your account at https://app.lucis.life/settings/health-records/. You also receive this report directly by email from the laboratory that ran your samples, at the same time the lab releases it.
Your Lucis interpretation is what our medical team builds from those results: your personalised interpretation, action plan, and recommendations. It lives in your Data Hub at https://app.lucis.life/data-hub/.
Accessing your results
Once your results are ready, you receive an email notification from Lucis: open it and click "View My Results". You can also go directly to your account: log in, then open https://app.lucis.life/settings/health-records/ for the raw lab report or https://app.lucis.life/data-hub/ for your Lucis interpretation, and click your most recent test. You will see your biomarker values with reference ranges, trends across visits, and personalised recommendations.
Downloading or printing
Open your report in the Data Hub and use the download button in the top right corner to save it as a PDF, print it, or share it with your doctor. If you don't see the download button, the most common reason is that the report is not ready yet: it only appears once your results have been validated and your protocol generated (in France and the EU, results about 3 weeks after your lab visit and the protocol about a week later; in the UK, 10 to 14 working days for the complete panel and about 3 to 5 working days for the follow-up). Also try opening the report itself (not just the dashboard overview) from a computer rather than a phone, as the button can be hidden on smaller screens. A more detailed, importable version of your results and action plan is planned but not yet scheduled. If you still can't find it, just let us know and our team will take care of it.
So to see exactly which markers were measured, open the raw lab report in your health records, or the email from the lab.
If your follow-up blood draw looks like it repeats some values from your first test, that is expected. The follow-up is a lighter panel that re-measures a focused set of key markers to track how they have changed since your first complete panel, so some overlap is by design.
