How do I change the email address on my account?

Your Lucis account is tied to one email address: it is how you log in, and where we send your results and reminders.

Changing the email on your account is not something you can do yourself in the app yet. Just let us know the new address you would like to use, and our team will update it for you and confirm once it is done.

Each Lucis account needs its own email address. If your address is currently linked to someone else's account (for example, you bought a check-up for a family member using your own email), let us know and we will free it up so you can open your own account.
