To stop our newsletter and marketing emails, scroll to the bottom of any marketing email from Lucis and click the Unsubscribe link. That removes you from our marketing and newsletter list, so you no longer receive those emails.
This only affects marketing emails. It does not cancel your Lucis subscription, and you will still receive essential account and service emails, such as when your results are ready, appointment reminders, and billing notices.
If you also want to end your paid subscription, that is a separate action, and you can do it from your membership settings.
