Changing your lab
To change the laboratory itself (not just the date), cancel your current appointment and book a new one at the lab you prefer. There is no way to swap only the lab on an existing appointment.
How to change your lab
Log in to your Lucis account at https://app.lucis.life/dashboard/;
Cancel your upcoming appointment;
Book a new appointment and select the laboratory you want from the options available in your area.
Only changing the date or time?
If the lab suits you and you just need a different day or time, you do not need to cancel. Reschedule from your account instead (see "Can I reschedule my lab appointment?").

Lab availability depends on your location and plan;
You are not locked in to any specific laboratory;
