The Livi teleconsultation is a 20-minute video consultation with a general practitioner trained in preventive medicine, offered through our partnership with Livi. The Livi doctor has access to your full Lucis protocol, including your lab results from the different laboratories, so they can review everything ahead of the call and tailor the consultation to you. You do not need to share your results manually. Unlike the standard Lucis review (which is preventive and does not diagnose or prescribe), the Livi teleconsultation is a real medical consultation. It is a paid add-on, not part of the standard Lucis Care plan, and it is not reimbursed by social security.
How to book
The teleconsultation is a paid add-on with a general practitioner trained on the Lucis protocol: you purchase it, then book your appointment, directly on Lucis at https://app.lucis.life/services/. There is no need to contact support. When you book, you:
choose the slot that suits you;
tell the doctor what you would like to get from the consultation (for example, advice on a specific result or a possible prescription such as vitamin D).
The doctor already has your Lucis protocol and lab results, so there is nothing to attach.
The teleconsultation costs 80 EUR. The price is also shown in your account at the time of booking.
Joining the consultation
It is a video teleconsultation. You receive a video link to join your appointment at the scheduled time, from your phone or computer. There is no need to travel.
What happens during the consultation
The doctor reviews your protocol and results beforehand, then uses the session to:
explain your biomarker results;
discuss your personalised action plan across nutrition, supplementation, physical activity, mental health, and environment;
prescribe supplements, treatments, or additional tests if medically justified (for example, vitamin D if your level is insufficient). The Livi doctor is a licensed practitioner and can issue prescriptions.
The consultation focuses on prevention. If the doctor identifies a condition that needs diagnosis or treatment (for example a thyroid disorder or dyslipidaemia), they can move you into the standard healthcare pathway.
How a Livi doctor differs from your own GP
Livi doctors are qualified general practitioners, just like your own GP. Within Lucis, they are trained above all to read your results with a preventive focus; beyond that, they act as any general practitioner would. The one real difference is that the consultation happens by video, so there is no manual clinical exam (palpation, auscultation, and so on).
As for additional tests: yes, a Livi doctor can, like any GP, refer you for further tests if they consider it relevant.
