How do I cancel or pause my subscription?

You can cancel or pause your Lucis subscription at any time, with no penalty.

How to Cancel

  1. Go to your DashboardSettings

  2. Click Subscription in the sidebar

  3. Scroll to "Manage Subscription"

  4. Click Cancel Subscription

  5. Confirm your choice

You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.

Pause vs Cancel

Pause (coming soon):

  • Temporarily suspend billing

  • Keep your account and data

  • Resume anytime

Cancel:

  • Stop all future billing immediately

  • Keep access until current period ends

  • Data retained for 90 days

Refund Policy

Full refund available if:

  • Blood test hasn't been performed yet

  • Prescription hasn't been used

  • Within 14 days of purchase (EU consumer rights)

No refund after:

  • Blood draw is completed

  • Results analysis has started

  • Medical services have been provided

These are personalized medical services, so they're non-refundable once delivered.

What Happens to Unused Credits

If you have remaining test credits:

  • They remain valid for 12 months after cancellation

  • You can use them even after cancelling

  • Or request refund if tests not yet used

Can't Find the Cancel Button?

Contact us via chat and we'll cancel it immediately (within 24h).

Changing Your Mind

Cancelled by accident? Contact us within 7 days and we can reactivate your subscription.
