Before the analysis
If you ask within 14 days of purchase and no lab visit has taken place, you get a full refund;
After 14 days, or once a lab visit is booked, requests are reviewed case by case;
Contact us and we will process your request promptly.
After the analysis has started
Once your results have been delivered, the service is no longer refundable;
If your blood test is done but the results are not processed yet, we review the situation case by case;
This is because the services are medical and personalised.
