How can I get a refund?

Refund Policy

If you would like a refund, you can request it directly through the in-app chat or by contacting the Lucis support team. We will process it promptly.


Before the analysis

  • If you ask within 14 days of purchase and no lab visit has taken place, you get a full refund;

  • After 14 days, or once a lab visit is booked, requests are reviewed case by case;

  • Contact us and we will process your request promptly.


After the analysis has started

  • Once your results have been delivered, the service is no longer refundable;

  • If your blood test is done but the results are not processed yet, we review the situation case by case;

  • This is because the services are medical and personalised.
