How can I get a refund?

Refund Policy

If you would like a refund, you can request it directly through the in-app chat or by contacting the Lucis support team. We will process it promptly.


Before the analysis

  • If the test has not been done yet, you can get a full refund;

  • Contact us and we will process the refund immediately.


After the analysis has started

  • Once the analysis has started (blood test performed or prescription used), the service is no longer refundable;

  • This is because the services are medical and personalised.
