Can I pause my subscription temporarily?

Yes, in most cases you can pause your Lucis Care subscription temporarily if you need a break, for example while travelling or for personal reasons. Contact our support team to set it up.

To request a pause:

  • Reach out via in-app chat or email [email protected].

  • Tell us how long you would like to pause (for example, 3 or 6 months).

  • Our team confirms the pause and the date your subscription resumes.

While paused, billing is suspended and you are not charged. Your subscription resumes automatically on the agreed date, and billing restarts then unless you ask us to make another change.
