Can I pause my subscription temporarily?

Pausing Your Subscription

You can pause your subscription if you need a temporary break.

Common reasons include travel, medical reasons, or financial constraints.


How to request a pause

  • Contact the Lucis support team;

  • Let us know how long you would like to pause your subscription (for example, 3 or 6 months);

  • Our team will confirm the pause and the resume date.


During the pause

  • Billing is suspended for the duration of the pause;

  • You will not be charged while your subscription is paused.


Resuming your subscription

  • Your subscription automatically resumes on the agreed date;

  • Billing restarts at that time unless another change is requested.
