Pausing Your Subscription
You can pause your subscription if you need a temporary break.
Common reasons include travel, medical reasons, or financial constraints.
How to request a pause
Contact the Lucis support team;
Let us know how long you would like to pause your subscription (for example, 3 or 6 months);
Our team will confirm the pause and the resume date.
During the pause
Billing is suspended for the duration of the pause;
You will not be charged while your subscription is paused.
Resuming your subscription
Your subscription automatically resumes on the agreed date;
Billing restarts at that time unless another change is requested.
