Cancelling your subscription
If you only want to stop our marketing emails or newsletter, you do not need to cancel: just click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. The quickest way is to do it yourself, in a few clicks, from your personal Lucis space, and you do not need to contact us.
We understand that plans and needs can change.
No refunds are provided if a lab visit has already been completed.
What cancellation means
Cancellation stops future automatic renewals only;
You keep full access to any tests or services you have already paid for until the end of your current paid period.
How to cancel it yourself
Log in to your account and open your membership settings at https://app.lucis.life/settings/membership/
Select the option to cancel your subscription and confirm.
Your subscription stays active until the end of your current paid period, then simply will not renew. You will see the cancellation confirmed in your membership settings, and we also confirm it by email.
