My kit hasn't arrived yet and my appointment is soon. What should I do?

I Haven’t Received My Kit

Don’t panic. Several solutions are available depending on your situation.


Option 1: Pick up kit at the lab (easiest)

  • Go to a partner lab near you

  • Pick up your kit at the lab reception;

  • Complete your at-home samples

  • Then proceed with your blood test.


Option 2: Staggered collection

  • Get your blood drawn at your appointment as scheduled;

  • Pick up your kit at the lab the same day;

  • Complete the at-home samples the next morning;

  • Return the completed kit to the lab within 24 hours.


Option 3: Express delivery in Paris

  • Contact the Lucis team immediately ;

  • We can arrange same-day express delivery via Chronopost;

  • The kit arrives within a few hours;

  • Complete your samples on the morning of your appointment.


How to prevent this issue

  • Book your lab appointment at least 5 to 7 days after your subscription;

  • Ensure your delivery address is complete, including house or building number;

  • Verify that your phone number is correct for delivery notifications.
