I Haven’t Received My Kit
Don’t panic. Several solutions are available depending on your situation.
Option 1: Pick up kit at the lab (easiest)
Go to a partner lab near you
Pick up your kit at the lab reception;
Complete your at-home samples
Then proceed with your blood test.
Option 2: Staggered collection
Get your blood drawn at your appointment as scheduled;
Pick up your kit at the lab the same day;
Complete the at-home samples the next morning;
Return the completed kit to the lab within 24 hours.
Option 3: Express delivery in Paris
Contact the Lucis team immediately;
We can arrange same-day express delivery via Chronopost;
The kit arrives within a few hours;
Complete your samples on the morning of your appointment.
How to prevent this issue
Book your lab appointment at least 5 to 7 days after your subscription;
Ensure your delivery address is complete, including house or building number;
Verify that your phone number is correct for delivery notifications.
