Most results are ready in 3 to 5 weeks after your lab visit. The main reason for this window is that some lab analyses simply take longer than others to run. It also covers the time the laboratory needs to process your blood, urine, and saliva samples, plus the Lucis review that turns them into your personalised results and action plan.
A few things can extend this timeline:
Holiday periods, such as Christmas and summer.
Laboratory backlogs.
Sample quality issues that require a new sample.
Complex biomarker panels that need additional medical review.
We notify you by email as soon as your results are available in your Lucis app at https://app.lucis.life.
