Receiving your gift code
After purchasing a gift, you will receive a gift code by email;
The gift code is also available in your Lucis account.
Where to find the code
You can access your gift code in your account's gift card settings: https://app.lucis.life/settings/giftcards/
The code can be printed or shared digitally.
How the recipient uses the gift
The recipient creates a Lucis account;
They enter the gift code at checkout when selecting their plan; card details will still be requested at sign-up, for administrative and security reasons only (the same process as Netflix or Spotify) -- nothing is charged today and the amount due shown on screen is €0 (see Why do you ask for my card details when I redeem a gift?);
When applied correctly, the total amount is reduced to €0.
Next steps for the recipient
Once the gift code is applied, the recipient can access their account;
They can book a laboratory appointment and start their Lucis journey.
The gift code is valid for 1 year after payment.
