Our referral program lets an existing customer (the "Referrer") invite a new customer (the "Referred") through their personal Lucis invite link.

For each eligible referred customer, the referrer receives the advertised amount in Lucis credit - currently €25 under our referral offer. Lucis credits cannot be converted to cash or transferred; they can only be used on the platform. The credit is usually granted right after the referred customer subscribes; in exceptional cases it may take a little longer.

The referred customer gets the advertised discount voucher in the app, valid once per referred customer on their first subscription and applied automatically.

Both parties must be of legal age. The referrer must be an active Lucis customer; the referred must be a new customer (never previously subscribed). One referrer per referred customer.

The offer only applies if the referred customer signs up via the referrer's invite link. No retroactive additions. Offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Lucis may refuse, suspend, or cancel any credit or voucher in case of abnormal or fraudulent use (e.g. multiple accounts, self-referral, fake accounts, resale).
