As part of your complete Lucis health check in France, we measure CAR (Cortisol Awakening Response) using two saliva samples, taken at T0 and T30. It's essential that the T0 sample is collected right upon waking, without getting out of bed, and that the T30 sample is collected exactly 30 minutes after the first. During this 30-minute window, please don't drink, eat, or brush your teeth.
