Do I Need a Home Kit?
This depends on your Lucis plan and the country where you are completing your tests.
Blood-only or Discovery plans
For blood-only or Discovery-type plans, a home kit is usually not required;
You simply visit a partner laboratory for a standard blood draw.
Plans with additional samples
If your plan includes additional samples, such as a microbiome test or saliva and urine collection in certain countries, a home kit is required; (CARE and MiCROBIOTE 2 different kits)
Lucis or the partner laboratory will send the kit directly to your delivery address;
The kit includes clear, step-by-step instructions.
Kit delivery and support
Kits are typically shipped within a few working days after your order or after the add-on is confirmed;
If you believe you should have received a kit but it has not arrived, please contact the Lucis support team;
We will check the shipping status and, if needed, arrange a reshipment.
