Lucis Care has a single fixed rhythm: 2 lab visits per year, so there is no faster or slower testing plan to switch to. Your year includes 1 complete visit and 1 follow-up visit, roughly every 6 months, covering 100+ biomarkers across blood, urine and saliva.
This rhythm is designed to give you a full baseline and then a check-in to see how your numbers respond to your action plan. The 6-month spacing between visits is part of how Care works, not a setting you choose.
If you want an extra test outside this rhythm, you can add a one-off test such as the gut microbiome test or the IgG food sensitivity panel. You will find the available add-ons in your account at https://app.lucis.life.
