Can I add panels later?
Yes. You can add panels at any time from the services page of your Lucis space: https://app.lucis.life/services/ Services are only available with an active Lucis membership.
Which panels can I book on their own?
Baseline, Complete, Extended Male or Female Hormones Panel, Extended Heart Health Panel, Lp(a), PSA, Trace elements, Thyroid recheck, Environmental Toxicology Panel, Gut Microbiome Panel and Teleconsultation.
Which panels need a core panel?
Athlete Panel and Vitamins & Antioxidant Panel are only available together with a Baseline or Complete, so their results can be read in full. The Retest Panel is only available after a first Baseline or Complete.
Can I do an add-on on a different day than my core visit?
Yes, if the panel can be booked on its own: it is then a separate lab visit. Athlete Panel and Vitamins & Antioxidant Panel are only done together with a Baseline or Complete. We recommend doing all your panels in one visit.
How do I make sure I don't pay for a marker I already have?
You don't need to check: you can't buy a panel that is already included in your core panel.
Can I re-test just one marker?
Some markers can be retested on their own because they are standalone panels, such as PSA or Lp(a). Other markers are only retested within a panel, such as the Retest Panel.
Do I have to redo the health questionnaire for each new purchase?
No. The health questionnaire is only required once, when you subscribe, before your first visit. To update your health information at any time, just tell Lumi, your AI coach, in the app.
Is the food intolerance (IgG) panel still available?
No. The food intolerance (IgG) panel is not part of our new range. If you have digestive concerns, the Gut Microbiome Panel explores your gut environment.
