Payment Options

You can pay for your Lucis subscription in one go or in multiple instalments. The choice is yours.

For instalment payments, Klarna is available at checkout when eligible.


Paying with Klarna

  • Klarna is available as a payment option at checkout when eligible;

  • Klarna allows payment in instalments or deferred payment;

  • Klarna does not offer a monthly subscription payment for Lucis plans.


Available Klarna options

Depending on your eligibility, Klarna may offer:

  • Pay later (for example, 30 days after purchase);

  • Pay in instalments (split your payment into several instalments).

Payment options are determined by Klarna and may vary by country and user profile.


How to use Klarna

  • At checkout, select Klarna as your payment method;

  • Choose the Klarna payment option that suits you best;

  • Log in to your Klarna account or create one using your email and phone number;

  • Confirm your purchase.

Once confirmed, Klarna completes the payment on your behalf.


After your purchase

  • You will receive a confirmation from both Lucis and Klarna;

  • You will repay Klarna according to the payment plan you selected;

  • Klarna will send payment instructions and reminders by email or via the Klarna app.


Important tips

  • Ensure your billing details (email and phone number) are correct and consistent;

  • Review Klarna's terms and conditions, including any potential fees or interest;

  • Klarna payment plans are managed entirely by Klarna.


Klarna option not appearing at checkout?

If you do not see the Klarna instalment option during checkout, here are a few things to check:

  • Billing country: Klarna availability depends on your billing country. It may not be offered in all regions;

  • Minimum order amount: Klarna may require a minimum purchase amount to display instalment options;

  • Browser or session issue: Sometimes a browser cache or session state can prevent payment options from loading correctly. Try using a different browser, opening an incognito/private window, or clearing your cache and refreshing the page.
