I’m Not Receiving Emails from Lucis
If you are missing emails from us, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Step 1: Check your spam or junk folder
Look for emails sent from @lucis.life or @joinzero.co;
If found, mark them as “Not Spam”;
Move the email to your inbox.
Step 2: Whitelist our email addresses
Add @lucis.life and @joinzero.co to your email contacts or safe senders list.
Step 3: Check your email settings
Make sure your inbox is not full;
Check whether email filters or rules are blocking our messages;
If needed, try adding a different email address to your Lucis account.
Step 4: Re-verify your email address
Log in to your Lucis account;
Go to Settings → Profile;
Verify that your email address is correct;
Request a new verification email if necessary.
