If you are missing emails from Lucis, the most common cause is a spam filter or an out-of-date email address on your account. Work through the steps below to fix it.
Check spam and your account email
Look in your spam or junk folder for emails sent from lucis.life or app.lucis.life. If you find one, mark it as "Not spam" and move it to your inbox.
Add lucis.life and app.lucis.life to your contacts or safe senders list so future emails arrive in your inbox.
Make sure your inbox is not full and that no filter or rule is blocking our messages.
Re-verify your email address
Log in at https://app.lucis.life.
Go to Settings, then Profile.
Check that your email address is correct, and update it if needed.
Request a new verification email if necessary.
