I'm not receiving emails from Lucis. What should I do?

If you are missing emails from Lucis, the most common cause is a spam filter or an out-of-date email address on your account. Work through the steps below to fix it.

Check spam and your account email

  • Look in your spam or junk folder for emails sent from lucis.life or app.lucis.life. If you find one, mark it as "Not spam" and move it to your inbox.

  • Add lucis.life and app.lucis.life to your contacts or safe senders list so future emails arrive in your inbox.

  • Make sure your inbox is not full and that no filter or rule is blocking our messages.

Re-verify your email address

  1. Go to Settings, then Profile.

  2. Check that your email address is correct, and update it if needed.

  3. Request a new verification email if necessary.

Still not receiving emails?
