I can't log in to my account. What should I do?

Most login problems are fixed by resetting your password or trying a different browser. Work through the steps below, and if you are still locked out, contact us and we will help you regain access.

Step 1: Check your email address

  • Make sure you are using the email address you registered with.

  • Check carefully for any typos.

Step 2: Reset your password

  1. Go to the Lucis login page at https://app.lucis.life.

  2. Click "Forgot password?".

  3. Enter your registered email address.

  4. Check your inbox for the password reset link (including spam or junk folders).

  5. Create a new password.

Step 3: Try a different browser

  • Try logging in using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).

  • Clear your browser cookies and cache.

  • Try incognito or private browsing mode.

Step 4: Check your account status

  • Your account may be temporarily locked after several failed login attempts.

  • Wait 15 minutes, then try again.
