If you are experiencing issues logging in, follow the steps below to resolve the problem.


Step 1: Verify your email address

  • Make sure you are using the email address you registered with;

  • Check carefully for any typos.


  1. Go to the Lucis login page;

  2. Click on “Forgot Password?”;

  3. Enter your registered email address;

  4. Check your inbox for the password reset link (including spam or junk folders);

  5. Create a new password.


Step 3: Clear your browser cache

  • Try logging in using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Safari);

  • Clear your browser cookies and cache;

  • Try using incognito or private browsing mode.


Step 4: Check account status

  • Your account may be temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts;

  • Wait 15 minutes and try again.

  • Your registered email address;

  • A description of the error message you see;

  • The device and browser you are using.
