If you were recently charged for a Lucis plan you do not recognise, it is most likely an automatic renewal of an older subscription you took out with us before. Some of our earliest members are on legacy plans that are no longer sold, and these can still renew on their original terms until they are cancelled.
To see exactly what you were charged for, open your subscription in the app at https://app.lucis.life, where the plan name, amount, and renewal date are shown. If the charge still looks wrong, send us your account email and we will check it for you.
What we sell today
Lucis Care is now our only plan: 490 EUR per year in France and the EU (399 GBP per year in the UK). It includes 2 lab visits per year (one complete assessment and one follow-up, roughly every six months), 100+ biomarkers across blood, urine, and saliva covering 11 body systems, a personalised action plan, your private dashboard, and wearable integrations.
If you are on an older plan and would like to move to Lucis Care, reply to us and we will explain how the change works for your account.
If you would like to cancel
You can cancel at any time. Message us in the in-app chat or email [email protected] and ask to cancel your subscription, and we will take care of it. If you believe a renewal was charged in error, tell us and we will review it with you and explain any refund you are entitled to.
