Lucis is not a medical platform and the standard results review is not a medical consultation. Your results are reviewed by the Lucis medical team before they reach your dashboard, but that review is not a live appointment.
That said, you can book a consultation with a doctor if you want one. If you are trying to "reserve a consultation," that is the Livi teleconsultation (see below).
Can I book a consultation? (Livi teleconsultation)
Yes. You can book a Livi teleconsultation directly in the app: a 20-minute video consultation with a doctor (paid option, available in France). The Livi doctor has access to your Lucis results and can prescribe if medically justified. See What is the Livi teleconsultation? for how to book.
Our role
Lucis helps highlight potential signals in your results;
This includes identifying biomarkers that fall outside standard reference ranges;
The goal is to increase awareness, not to diagnose or treat.
Your responsibility
If a medical consultation is recommended, it is your responsibility to take the appropriate next steps;
Lucis does not provide medical diagnosis or prescriptions.
Working with healthcare professionals
We always encourage you to share your results with a qualified healthcare professional;
Your doctor remains the primary point of contact for medical decisions and follow-up.
