The Lucis AI coach is a chat assistant built into your Lucis dashboard. It lets you ask questions about your own health data in plain language and get clear, personalised answers, right next to your results.
What it can do
Explain your results: ask what a biomarker or system score means and what yours shows;
Guide you through your action plan and your priority actions;
Answer general questions about your health overview;
Show the relevant result cards (biomarkers, system scores, actions, biological age) directly in the conversation;
It is context-aware: it knows which page or result you are looking at, so you can just ask "what does this mean?".
How to use it
Open it from the chat button in your dashboard at https://app.lucis.life;
Tap a suggested question to start, or type your own;
Your past conversations are saved, so you can pick up where you left off;
Available in English and French.
Good to know
The AI coach is in beta; we are still improving it;
It is for information and education only. It does not give a medical diagnosis or treatment, and does not replace a doctor;
For a medical question or a prescription, book a Livi teleconsultation (see What is the Livi teleconsultation?);
It cannot change your action plan or book appointments for you yet;
It only ever sees your own Lucis health data; your data stays private to your account.
