When will I receive my results?
Each panel has its own lead time: some analyses are more complex and take longer, so some results arrive before others (for example, your Baseline results can arrive before your add-on results). To know the lead time of your panels, write to [email protected]. If your results seem late for the panels you did, just let us know and our team will take care of it.
When do I get my action plan?
Your Lucis action plan is delivered once we have the results of all the panels you did, add-ons included. A doctor reviews your action plan before it is released. It is updated with every new panel you do.
Why did my biological age change?
Your biological age is recalculated each time you do a new panel and we receive fresh results, so it evolves over time.
Is a consultation with a doctor included?
No panel or upgrade includes a consultation. You can book a teleconsultation with a doctor as a separate service, at any time, from your Lucis space: https://app.lucis.life/services/
