I don't have a GP: what does Lucis do for me?

If you don't have a GP, the Livi teleconsultation gives you direct access to a doctor. Livi doctors can handle:

  • inflammations and infections (fever, coronavirus, etc.);

  • skin conditions (acne, rashes, etc.);

  • sexual and women's health (STI screening, PrEP renewal, contraception);

  • digestive conditions (heartburn and reflux, constipation, liver disease, transit);

  • chronic conditions and their follow-up (diabetes, hormonal issues);

  • mental health (anxiety, sleep).

Some needs still require an in-person doctor and cannot be covered by the teleconsultation: certificates requiring a clinical examination (work-accident and occupational-illness certificates, sports-fitness certificates, assault-and-injury certificates, etc.), sick-leave extensions and initial sick leave over 3 days, treatments requiring continuous multi-professional collaboration (e.g. certain pain treatments), imaging, and palliative care.
