If you have a regular cycle and your panel is the Complete panel, you can book your appointment between day 3 and day 8 (D3-D8) of your cycle. If you don't have a cycle, if it's irregular, or your panel is the follow-up panel, you can book without taking your cycle into account. You're free to reschedule your appointment if your period hasn't arrived yet, to better align with your cycle.
