You can update your answers at any time from your Lucis platform. Open the app at https://app.lucis.life, go to the Health questionnaire tab, then click Edit to change any answer and save.
Keeping your questionnaire up to date helps your action plan and dashboard reflect your current health picture. If you cannot find the tab or your changes do not save, contact us via the in-app chat or at [email protected].
