The amount of blood drawn at your Lucis lab visit is small: roughly 10% of a standard blood donation, so there is nothing to worry about.
The exact volume depends on the panel. The 60+ marker follow-up visit draws less than the complete 110-biomarker visit, simply because fewer analyses are run.
After the draw you can carry on with your day as normal, once any fasting required for the test has ended.
