Together in Health is a limited-time referral programme that rewards existing Lucis members for introducing friends and family to Lucis. When someone you refer activates their Lucis Care membership, you receive a gift card to spend in the Lucis marketplace or towards your own membership renewal.
How long does it run
The programme runs from 21 September 2026 to 15 October 2026, midnight. Your friend must activate their Lucis Care membership before that deadline for the referral to count.
Who can refer, and who counts as a new member
Any existing Lucis member with an active Lucis account can refer. Someone counts as a new member once they activate a Lucis Care membership using your referral link during the programme window above.
Where to find your referral link
In your Lucis account, on your referral page. Share that link with the person you're inviting; they need to sign up through your link for the referral to be tracked.
You'll hear about every step
You get an email and an in-app notification when someone accepts your invitation, and another email when your reward is activated. You can also check progress anytime on your referral page.
Your reward: two levels
There are two reward levels, and they can't be combined. You get one or the other.

Choosing between the two
Once you reach 2 successful referrals, your €150 gift card becomes available. From there, you have a choice: claim it now, which closes the bonus level for this programme, or keep referring instead. If you reach 5 successful referrals before the programme ends, you receive a €490 gift card, the value of a full membership renewal. Once you claim the €150, you can't top up to €490 later.
A referral counts as successful once the person you referred activates their Lucis Care membership using your referral code. Signing up or creating an account on its own isn't enough.
When you can use your gift card
14 days after your referred friend claims their membership. For the bonus level, that 14-day window starts from the moment your fifth referral claims theirs. Spend it on anything in the Lucis marketplace: additional services, or the renewal of your own annual membership.
What your friend gets
Anyone you refer through Together in Health also gets a microbiome home test offer: a kit we send to their address that they complete at home.
Terms and edge cases
The €150 is a total for your first two successful referrals combined, not €150 per person.
Referring just one person? Together in Health rewards start at two referrals. Use your standard referral code instead, the one outside this campaign, found on the second page of your Together in Health referral page: it gets you €50 in credit and gives the person you refer €25 off their onboarding.
Referring 3 or 4 people keeps you at the €150 level. Those referrals don't add value on their own, but they count towards reaching 5.
€490 is the maximum reward under this programme, even with more than 5 referrals.
If your friend signs up during the programme but activates their membership after 15 October 2026, the referral doesn't count.
If a referred person cancels or is refunded before the gift card is issued, that referral no longer counts and the reward is adjusted. This is why there's a 14-day waiting period.
The gift card can't be exchanged for cash. It can only be used on the Lucis marketplace.
You can share your gift card with someone else, either towards their own membership purchase or, if they already have a Lucis account, on any service in the marketplace.
The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date it's issued.
It can't be combined with another offer, promotional price, or discount code. It has to be used on its own.
