France and the rest of the EU (except Portugal): your kit (for saliva/urine/microbiome samples) is shipped to you at no extra cost, typically within a few working days of your order being confirmed.
UK and Portugal: no kit is shipped - all samples, including urine, are collected directly at the partner laboratory.
You'll find tracking and timing details in your Lucis account once your kit is on its way.
