Yes - shipping of your at-home collection kit is free.
France: your kit (for saliva/urine/microbiome samples) is shipped to you at no extra cost, typically within a few working days of your order being confirmed.
UK and Portugal: no kit is shipped - all samples, including urine, are collected directly at the partner laboratory.
You'll find tracking and timing details in your Lucis account once your kit is on its way.
Note: Lucis is temporarily unavailable in Portugal as we are improving our offers for the market. We expect to reopen in December 2026. Until then, any information about Portugal on this page does not apply.
