I can't log in to my account - troubleshooting

Having trouble logging in? Here's how to fix common login issues.

Quick Fixes (Try These First)

  1. Clear browser cache and cookies

    • Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data

    • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data → Remove All

    • Firefox: Preferences → Privacy → Clear Data

  2. Try incognito/private mode

    • Rules out browser extension conflicts

  3. Try a different browser

    • Safari users: Try Chrome or Firefox

    • Chrome users: Try Safari or Firefox

Problem: "Payment Page Loop"

You log in but keep seeing the payment page even though you already paid.

Solution:

  1. Clear browser cache completely

  2. Log out and log back in

  3. If still stuck, contact support - we'll verify your payment and fix your account status

Problem: "Invalid Email or Password"

Solution:

  1. Reset your password:

    • Click "Forgot password?"

    • Check email (including spam)

    • Follow reset link

  2. Check your email:

    • Did you sign up with Google/Apple?

    • Try "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Apple"

Problem: Safari-Specific Issues

Safari has known compatibility issues with our login system.

Solutions:

  1. Update Safari to latest version

  2. Enable third-party cookies:

    • Safari → Preferences → Privacy

    • Uncheck "Prevent cross-site tracking" (temporarily)

  3. Switch to Chrome or Firefox (recommended)

Problem: Mobile App Login Issues

Solutions:

  1. Update app to latest version

  2. Restart your device

  3. Delete and reinstall the app

  4. Try web browser instead

Problem: Account Not Found

If the system says your email isn't registered:

  1. Check for typos in your email

  2. Try alternative emails you might have used

  3. Check if you signed up with SSO (Google/Apple)

  4. Contact support - we'll locate your account

  • Browser and version (e.g., Chrome 120)
