Lucis is available in France, the United Kingdom, and Portugal (which has its own dedicated offer) — and nowhere else yet. Being in the EU is not enough on its own: other EU countries, such as Spain, Italy, or Germany, are not yet available. We work with a network of 450+ accredited partner laboratories across these three countries, including the Eurofins network, so your samples are collected to consistent clinical standards.

After you join Lucis Care, you choose a partner lab near you and book a slot directly in the app. Available labs and appointment times are shown during booking, and the lab assigned to you depends on your location.
Lucis is not yet available in the French overseas departments and territories (including Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyane, Mayotte, French Polynesia, and New Caledonia).
