Pregnancy and Lucis Testing
No. We do not recommend performing Lucis tests during pregnancy.
Why testing is not recommended during pregnancy
Pregnancy involves significant natural hormonal changes;
These temporary changes strongly affect many hormonal biomarkers;
Results would therefore not be fully representative or reliably interpretable.
Our recommendation
Wait 4 to 6 months after childbirth before completing your Lucis check-up;
At that stage, biomarkers are more likely to have stabilised, allowing meaningful hormonal analysis.
Important to know
Always consult your doctor or midwife before scheduling any testing;
They can help determine the most appropriate timing for your individual situation.
