Downloading your Lucis results
To download your results, go to your personal Lucis space with this link: https://app.lucis.life/data-hub/. Open your report and use the download button in the top right corner to save it as a PDF.
I don't see a download button
The most common reason is that your report is not ready yet. The download button only appears once your results have been validated and your personalised protocol has been generated. Results are usually ready 3 to 5 weeks after your lab visit, and the protocol follows shortly after. If you are still within that window, the report and the button will appear automatically once it is ready.
If you believe your report should already be available, also check:
Open it from a computer rather than a phone, as the button can be hidden on smaller screens.
Make sure you have opened the report itself, not just the dashboard overview.
