What is the Retest Panel?
The Retest Panel is a retest panel of about 60 blood markers, curated by our medical team, that can evolve within months with lifestyle changes. It is a blood draw only: no urine or saliva, so no home kit. It is only available after a first Baseline or Complete.
Why no hormones or thyroid in the Retest Panel?
Not everyone needs to retest hormones and thyroid, especially if previous results showed no concern or your lifestyle has stayed stable. You can add them to your retest if you need them:

When should I do my Retest Panel?
We typically recommend doing your Retest Panel about 6 months after your first panel, but you choose your retest timing and frequency.
How many Retest Panels can I have?
You choose how often you retest. You can buy a Retest Panel whenever you want from your Lucis space (120 €), once you have a Baseline or Complete result. Added during onboarding, it costs 90 €.
Does my Retest Panel expire?
No. Your panels, including your included Retest Panel, don't expire: you can book them whenever you're ready. We recommend doing your Retest Panel within the year after your Baseline, so you can track your progress.
