Why should I choose the 2 tests/year plan instead of a single test?

Why Testing Regularly Matters

While a single test provides a snapshot of your health at a given moment, long-term tracking is what delivers the most meaningful insights.

One test = a snapshot

  • Shows your health status at a single point in time;

  • Helps establish an initial baseline;

  • A good starting point, but with limited long-term insight.

Two tests per year = a health trajectory (Care plan)

  • Allows you to track how your body responds to lifestyle or medical changes;

  • Helps validate whether interventions are working;

  • Enables early detection of silent health risks, before symptoms appear;

  • Helps identify trends that may signal emerging issues, such as:

    • Early cancer markers;

    • Hormonal changes;

    • Metabolic imbalances.

How to think about it

One test tells you where you are.

Two tests show you where you’re going.
