How to Book Your Lab Appointment

Once you have purchased a Lucis plan, you will receive access to lab booking from your account.


Booking overview

  • You can choose a laboratory based on your location and availability;

  • Available appointment slots are displayed during the booking process.


Step-by-step booking

  • Log in to your Lucis account;

  • Select your test and preferred laboratory: https://www.lucis.life/fr/maps

  • Choose a date and time that suits you;

  • Confirm your appointment.


Before your appointment

  • You will receive preparation instructions after booking;

  • Some tests may require fasting or specific timing;

  • Make sure to bring a valid ID to your lab visit if required.


Changing or cancelling your appointment

  • Appointment changes or cancellations depend on the laboratory’s policy;

  • Instructions for rescheduling are available in your Lucis account;

  • If you encounter any issues, the Lucis support team can assist you.
