1. Stop supplements - 3 days before

  • Don’t take any vitamins, omega-3, or plant powders for 3 days before your test.

  • If your doctor gave you medicine, keep taking it.

2. Avoid things that change your results - 1 day before

  • Coffee or tea

  • Alcohol

  • Seafood

  • Intense workouts

3. Fast - 12 hours before

- Eat an early, light dinner.
- Then, no food or drinks (not even coffee) for 12 hours before your test.
- Stay well hydrated during and after your fast.
